Shipping & Returns

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.

Step 1:

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. To obtain an RMA number and return instructions, please call AllegroMedical.com at 1-800-861-3211 or reach out to Customer Service

Step 2:
If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by Flexx Med Network, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will either reimburse the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us.
or we will arrange for a pick up service to return the product back to its point of origin. Usually the later in the two scenarios.
If you are returning a product not found to be defective you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate Distrubition Centers provided along with RMA. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice.

Step 3:

If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received. If you paid with a check or money order, allow 2-4 weeks to receive your refund check from AllegroMedical.com from the time we receive the returned product. Items in stock will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received. Drop ship items can take 2-6 weeks for the refund to be processed.

 

Terms & Policies

These policies supersede policies appearing on all other Flexx Med Network literature.

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Flexx Med Network is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.

Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your Product has to be serviced or returned.

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Certain products such as raised toilet seats, commodes, erection aids, pillows, cushions, personal care products, food based products, etc., may not be returned due to hygiene issues. Due to manufacturers' return policies, titanium wheelchairs, custom wheelchairs and other custom equipment may be returned to Flexx Med Network for repairs only - no refunds or exchanges can be made at any time.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Refunds will not be given if the product does not meet the customers need due to ineffectiveness of the product itself. as this is not Flexx Med Network's Fault and is more of the Manufacturer of the product itself. We Facilitate and Execute the logistics of product to you and do not have any claim to the product itself.


Shipping & Delivery Policy:

Orders placed after 3PM EST Friday will be processed on Monday.

We can ship to virtually almost any address in the United States with
Next Day Shipping. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Some products may also take longer to source which would change the estimated time of arrival, but not the shipping itself.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We know that you are eager to receive your order and may have chosen a faster shipping method, but please remember that this will only affect the time your package will arrive after it leaves our warehouse.
Estimated time to ship reflects order processing time, not delivery time. Total time to delivery depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are flat rate based versus true weight base. This difference allows us to have lower shipping costs than the average store. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
